Via the A50
At Junction 3 take the A514 towards Melbourne going past the Crewe and Harpur Public House on your right, and over Swarkestone Bridge and the long causeway. After the causeway, go up the hill and take your first right (small triangular green and large tree!) into the village, and Ivy House Farm is approx. 100yards on the left. Please drive into the yard where you will find the bed and breakfast reception in the far right corner by the large windows.

Via the MI
From the North use Junction 24, from the South, Junction 23a or 24. Follow the A453 past east Midlands Airport, turning right towards Melbourne at Isley Walton. Just before you reach Melbourne turn right though the village of Kings Newton. At the junction bare right (A514) towards Derby. Just after the sign for Stanton-by Bridge (you will see a small green and large tree, turn left into the village, and we are approx. 100 yards on the left. Please drive into the yard where you will find the bed and breakfast reception in the far right corner by the large windows.

By air
We are 10 minutes from East Midlands Airport.

By rail.By rail
There is a very good train service at Derby and also a train station at Willington. (only 5 miles away).

By Bus
We have a very good bus service in the village the buses leave every 20 mins during the day every hour after 19.00.
